1. TOBI AMUSAN
Oluwatobiloba Ayomide also known as Tobi Amusan, is a Nigerian track and field athlete who specialises in the 100 metres hurdles and also competes as a sprinter.
Amusan caused a stir after smashing a world record in the women’s 100-meter hurdles in the semifinals at the World Athletics Championship on Sunday, when she returned a record time of 12.12 seconds, beating Kendra Harrison’s 2016 record of 12.20 by 0.8 seconds.
She is the current African, Commonwealth and World Champion in the 100m hurdles as well as the record holder in the three competitions.

2. Wizkid
Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, Popularly known as Wizkid, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. He was born 16th July, 1990 in Surulere, Ikeja Lagos State.
He became the first Afrobeats artist to appear in the 2018 Guinness World Records for his contribution to “One Dance” which reached 1 billion streams on Spotify. His song “Soco” became his first Afrobeats single to be certified Gold in Canada.
3. STEPHEN KESHI
Stephen Okechukwu Keshi, popularly known as STEPHEN Keshi, was a Nigerian football player and manager. During his playing career, Keshi played as a defender and earned 60 caps for the Nigeria national team, making him the nation’s second-most capped player at the time of his retirement.
He was the youngest person to win the Africa Cup of Nations as a player and coach is Stephen. He was 52 years and 10 days old when he won the tournament as head coach of Nigeria at the FNB Stadium, Johannesburg, South Africa, on 10 February 2013.
4. KAFFY
Kafayat Oluwatoyin Shafau, known professionally as Kaffy, is a Nigerian dancer, choreographer, dance instructor, fitness coach and the founder and CEO of Imagneto Dance Company.
She was Born: 30 June 1980 in Lagos, Nigeria.
Kaffy broke the Guinness book of record in 2006. The Nigerian dancer and her group made the country proud in 2006 when they broke the Guinness Book of Record for Longest Dance Party which took place for 55 hours and 40 minutes.

5. BLESSING OKAGBARE
Blessing Oghnewresem Okagbare-Otegheri, Professionally known as BLESSING OKAGBARE, is a former Nigerian track and field athlete who specialized in Long jump and sprints.
She was born 9th October 1988, in Sapele, Delta State.
She is an Olympic and World Championships medalist in the long jump, and a world medalist in the 200 meters. She also holds the Women’s 100 meters Commonwealth Games record for the fastest time at 10.85 seconds.
6. HARUNA ABDULAZEEZ
Olorisupergal reports that Haruna Abdulazeez set a new record for the highest tennis ball hits with a racket handle in one minute. The professional athlete achieved this in 2018 with 187 ABDULAZE
7. FELA KUTI
Fela Aníkúlápó Kuti, was a Nigerian multi-instrumentalist, bandleader, composer, political activist, and Pan-Africanist.
He is regarded as the pioneer of Afrobeat, an African music genre that combines West African music with American funk and jazz.
He was Born: 15 October 1938, in Abeokuta And he died: 2 August 1997, in Lagos, Nigeria.
On 15th May 2017 Femi Kuti was referred to in the Guinness world records under the catalog of a single note held on a sax in a method called circular breathing. He set the records at 51 min 35 seconds.

ADETUNWASE ADENLE has bag four Guinness World Records, and he is the only Nigerian citizen who have achieved such to his name.
The teacher and artist holds records in different categories.
According to the BBC, he holds the record for the biggest painting painted by the largest number of people.
