1. PCL CONSTRUCTION
PCL Construction ranks first by a significant margin, generating $7.6 billion in revenue compared to the second-place company’s roughly $4.9 billion.
1906 saw the founding of the company in Saskatchewan by James Martin and Ernest Edward Poole. It has offices in Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, and Australia, and employs more than 4,000 people.

3. AECON GROUP INCORPORATED
Aecon Group, Inc. has more than 12,000 employees and is projected to generate $3,977,000,000 in revenue in 2021.
Equally impressive is the company’s historical pedigree, which includes such notable projects as the CN Tower, Gardiner Expressway, and Montreal-Trudeau International Airport.
Aecon operates in a variety of industries, including the civil, transportation, utilities, industrial, and nuclear sectors. It has completed projects in South America, Asia, and the Middle East in addition to North America.
4. GRAHAM CONSTRUCTION
Graham Construction is one of the largest industrial and infrastructure-focused construction companies in Canada. The company was founded in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canadian Pacific Railway stations in 1926.
The Canadian Armed Forces Military Police Academy in Angus, Ontario, and the CFB Trenton Maintenance and Operations Hangar in Toronto are examples of recent projects undertaken by Graham Construction.

The Ledcor Group of Companies is an employee-owned construction firm with operations primarily in Canada and the United States. It was founded in 1947 by a man named William Lede and currently employs approximately 6,000 people.
Recent notable projects include the expansion of Albian Sands Energy, Inc. in Fort McMurray and the 565 Great Northern Way digital media facility in Vancouver.
In 2021, Ledcor’s estimated revenue surpassed $3 billion.
7. POMERLEAU INCORPORATED
Hervé Pomerleau established Pomerleau Corporation in 1964. The company grew rapidly for the remainder of the decade, with revenue increasing from $18,000 in 1964 to $1,600,000 by 1969.
