MTN Uganda is the largest telecom provider in Uganda. With over fifty percent of the country’s total subscriber base, MTN Uganda continues to demonstrate market share leadership in a country with 28 million subscribers.
2. Nile Breweries
Nile Breweries Limited (NBL) is Uganda’s leading beer producer. In 2001, SABMiller Plc acquired Nile Breweries. The combined capacity of NBL’s two plants in Jinja and Mbarara is 2.45 million hectoliters of beer, making it the market leader in Uganda with a 59% share.
3. Airtel Uganda Limited
Airtel Uganda, with an estimated 10 million subscribers, is one of the leading telecommunications service providers in Uganda, second only to MTN Uganda.
Airtel Payments Bank provides mobile funds transfer and banking services. Airtel Payments Bank is owned by Bharti Airtel Limited, a parent company based in India.
4. Vivo Energy

7. Bidco Uganda
